Thanks so much for spending time checking the links. I also see that they are working. My initial problem was that the Lesson 4 of your upload did not much the outline from the Total Training website. I played your upload and found out that despite this difference, your upload had correct sequence. More importantly, I liked your upload better than what they outlined/published at Total Training.
