Thanks. Please specify format and year of publication of book. If this is same as my copy, I suspect it is Djvu, 1985. Correct?

maxand, it is a pdf, no sign of the year, but the introduction says about a 1960 edition and a revision in 1966, and the latest reference is from 1967.
even though, it is an interesting book.
